Great base for 1 night. Stayed in a clean room with a fairly clean bathroom. Marvellous location, 15 minutes' walk to Explanada de Espana. A 15-minute stroll from the train station. The hotel of choice in Alicante.

This place was mind-blowing! The studio room was exceptionally clean, new, and well supplied, offering a jaw-dropping value for the price. The small patio with a clothes drying rack was super convenient. We loved the tapas place around the corner called Nomad, definitely a must-try. The area around the apartment was vibrant with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. It was surprisingly quiet in the apartment, ensuring a peaceful stay. The location was just a short 12-minute walk to the old town. The apartment itself was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, microwave, and washing machine. We even had a free drinking water dispenser at the reception. The shower was excellent, and the small patio provided a cozy space to relax. The photos accurately represented reality, and we even received an additional throw in case we felt cold. The studio was fully furnished, and the location struck a perfect balance between proximity to the city center and tranquility.

Our stay at Umihouse Apartamentos Centro was enjoyable. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. The little terrace provided a pleasant space to relax. The host, while not speaking English, was still very pleasant and accommodating.
